What we store

When you connect an Instagram, Threads, Facebook, LinkedIn or YouTube account to Tapby, we store the account ID, username, and an access token (encrypted with AES-256-GCM) so we can publish the posts you schedule and run the comment/DM automations you set up. We do not store your password.

How to delete your data

  1. Remove the app from your account. Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites → Tapby → Remove. Facebook: Settings → Apps and Websites → Tapby → Remove. Google: myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party connections → Tapby → Delete all connections. Meta and Google notify us automatically and we delete the account's tokens, connection, and scheduled posts within minutes.
  2. Or disconnect inside Tapby. Admin → Accounts → Disconnect deletes the token and connection immediately.
  3. Or email us at valid@nullpointerstudio.co from the email linked to your account. We complete deletion within 30 days and reply with a confirmation.

인스타그램·페이스북·구글 계정 설정에서 Tapby 앱 연결을 해제하면 저장된 토큰·연결 정보·예약 게시물이 자동으로 삭제됩니다. 관리자 화면의 계정 탭에서 연결 해제를 누르거나 위 이메일로 요청하셔도 됩니다(30일 이내 처리).
